This workshop is designed to provide teams with an understanding of the role and power of the value creation system and processes in delivering organization performance. During the workshop, the team will develop and analyze models of its organization and its value creation architecture in order to build a roadmap for improving and managing those processes. In this update synergies between process change and IT development methodologies are identified and integrated tools for defining business requirements that foster collaboration between process designers and performer experts, both systems and human, are introduced.
